"so tell me darling, do you wish we'd fall in love?"

first thing i should probably mention:
template/layout change. again. i know. but i thought it looked extremely lame so i changed it again. not that it looks a whole lot better now. i actually liked the header better on the old one.(hah! that rhymed. header better =D) i guess i'll just look for (or make, if i'm not feeling lazy) another one.
oh, well. ;D

next thing on the agenda:
i highly advise you to scoot on over to
http://owlcitymusic.com/.
free song! (hot air balloons)
it's pretty darn catchy.
and once you get there, go ahead and listen to his other songs. they're fabulous as well.

moving on.

you are probably getting really sick of looking at these.
i know i am.
but i really feel the need to show you how this project progressed.
so here are the cropped squares that i actually printed off and arranged for the final project. (once i get that back, i'll take a picture of it for you so you can see the final thing!)

  1. Loving the new layout!! :D
Haha, and this is extrememly cool to look at, I had fun trying to find the key. Can't wait to see the final thing!

Good luck with your collage, they're really fun. I did one about 1 or 2 years ago on a wall in my room. Great way to consume up time. And I definitely will take pictures of my scrapbook once I'm finished.
Hmn, I could do that, I'd probably maybe send you the first couple or something to see how you like it :) I'm probably going to be very self-conscious of it, hahah. But I'd enjoy hearing some feedback.

Heres kinda the the summary of it I've had in my head for sometime, see if it sounds intresting in the least bit! :
It's going to be in 3 point of views with each chapter as that persons own. First ones going to be Mia, who's basically a lost soul feeling like a shadow of her bestfriend Sara. She has a crappy home life, with her dad always gone and feels sorry for her mom all of the time. Its always a constant thing in the back of her mind. Her two bestfriends are Sara, Tate, and this boy Alan.

The 2nd point of view you read from Alans thoughts. He's basically a screwed up kid, drinks every weekend and started to experiment with drugs. He's really a sensative guy though, which isn't always a good thing for him. He's just having trouble dealing with his life, trying to get as much girls as other guys do, etc. He finds himself basically in love with Mia though, the I-fell-for-my-bestfriend cliche. I gotta say it's not at all cliche.. but I'm not going to give away anything!

The 3rd point of view is in Tates thoughts. She finds herself confused, constantly second guessing and contradicting herself, and in a depression, seeing a therapist. She feels inadequate compared to Mia and Sara, who she feels are generally prettier and have excitement in life (though she's very wrong). She finds herself liking Alan more and more everytime they talk, so she's trying to pursue that. Her story is basically all about finding a path and realizing lifes greatness.

I feel like it sort of in a way describes the thoughts and feelings of different types of teenagers. I guess it's kinda like a love triangle. Though it's not a love story.

I got this all from my own experience with my friends, so I got something to go by. Sorry for this long comment, I understand fully if you don't read the basic summary :)
